Dr. Carr was the 2nd orthodontist I had scheduled to see. Oh, I had several lined up (I'm no kid), as with anything I do I always do my research, especially with Dr's of any kind. Long story short, after meeting Dr. Carr I stopped right there. The orthodontist I had met with prior to meeting with Dr. Carr, offices looked like something out of "Star Trek." The staff wore identical blue uniforms that only lacked matching "Star Fleet" emblems and they were well rehearsed. Not only was the office state of the art, so wasn't the estimate, high to begin with, it skyrocketed depending on the length of time the braces stayed on! Not so with Dr. Carr. Right off the bat the staff was warm and friendly, something that never wavered during the time I was in braces and during my follow ups there after. Dr. Carr was unhurried during the consultation, taking his time, he was very thorough. His calm demeanor was very reassuring. He took his time when explaining just what needed to be done, why and how long it should take. Granted when dealing with the human body it isn't always as cooperative as expected and even though the teeth were a bit stubborn at times, the initial quote Dr. Carr had given me remained the same. Dr. Carr is a perfectionist when it comes to your smile, he doesn't rush the teeth (even though I was getting a little antsy)and it was worth the wait because I have a beautiful smile! I highly recommend and have recommended Dr. Carr to anyone, young or old, who is in the market for braces! Cheer's to Dr. Carr and his outstanding staff!

My girls always look forward to going to see Dr. Carr! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. The office always has a contest or something fun for the patients. The treatments are always explained well and they call to check to see if everything is ok. We recommend Dr. Carr to everyone!

We really have found Dr. Carr and his team to be knowledgeable, gentle and helpful. We have appreciated the time they take to explain things to us and make it such an open and kid-friendly environment. We feel very comfortable just walking back and observing if we feel the need since the office design and staff fosters this. We have been very pleased with the quality of service we have received from Dr. Carr and his staff. Our oldest son had braces and his teeth turned out beautifully. Not only did he receive excellent care throughout his treatment, the cost of the treatment was significantly lower than other orthodontists in the area. We have two other sons that are currently seeing Dr. Carr as well. They especially love the "Question of the Day" and the self check-in. They are hoping they need braces!! We highly recommend Dr. Carr.
