Cheri - Financial/Treatment Coordinator

As the financial and treatment coordinator, I feel privileged to meet all of our patients and their families when they first visit our practice for a new patient consultation. I enjoy getting to know our patients and I take pride in being able to help create a warm, friendly environment so that each of our patients can look forward to their office visits. Dr. Carr is an amazing doctor. He is patient and understanding and has the most caring heart of anyone. Our staff is like family here we help each other, we work hard, and most importantly we enjoy being around each other. We have a ton of fun here with our question of the day where patients can win neat prizes for answering trivia, and our annual summer BBQ/Carnival that is always fun for patients, parents, and friends. When you're here, it's hard not to smile!

Outside of the practice, I enjoy being adventurous, and I'm always trying to challenge myself. I love to go white water rafting, boating, traveling, and hiking. Someday I would like to try skydiving, kayaking, and rock climbing. I also enjoy participating in charitable events and fundraisers whenever possible. My daughter, Amanda, is in college, and I have a 9-year-old Golden Retriever named Kody, and a cat named Mittens.

Cheryl-Financial Coordinator

After living in Southern California for the last 23 years and starting an amazing career in Orthodontics, I moved to Portland Oregon. Loving the Northwest, I recently moved to Washington. As Financial Coordinator, I love working with Families to change smiles and lives. My motto is to try and be the best part of your day. My specialty is in insurance. I get great satisfaction when I am able to retrieve a past due insurance payment for our patients or inform a parent that "yes, you do have an orthodontic benefit through your insurance."  I have various interests which include, Sports, Reading, Baking, Shopping, and Traveling.

Bobbi- Clinical Orthodontic Assistant

As a clinician I have the privilege of playing an active role in patients' treatment. I enjoy the opportunity to build trust with patients through caring attention to their individual needs. Getting to know our patients and their families is the highlight of my experience at Orthodontic Excellence. The fact that this practice is centered on high quality care by utilizing a team attitude and advanced technology makes it a fun and rewarding place to be.  I grew up in Pacific and currently live in Fairwood. I graduated from Bryman Dental Assisting program in 2003 and I have been an Orthodontic Assistant since and love it!

When I am not working I enjoy traveling, watching Seahawks games, and spending time with my family, friends, and my two dogs Hurley & Roxie.

Jaimee - Orthodontic Technician

My name is Jaimee and I was raised in Oregon. I have only lived in Washington for a few years but I just love it! I enjoy doing anything that is outdoors, such as: hiking, camping, and boating. I also love to travel. I spent 10 days in China this last summer where I was fortunate enough to gain a little sister (my second one from China). I have been working for Dr. Carr since Sept of 2008 and enjoy coming to see all our patients smile form in front of my eyes!
